Yesterday afternoon Plumsteadville was dispatched to an automobile fire on Old Easton Rd. The truck bed was fully involved and part of the crew compartment. Crews were able to extinguish the vehicle before it involved the nearby house. Deputy 24, Engine 20-1 Engine 24, Tanker 24, and Utility 20 were all the units on scene.
