Yesterday, firefighters had a blast finishing the last of our ropes 1 class hosted by Bucks C.C.C. - Department of Public Safety Training & Certification. They got to have hands on training in repelling and a rope rescue situation. Thanks to our mutual aid for joining us.
Today, firefighters had the first day of Ropes 1, being introduced to the various types of ropes, knots, and hitches related to rope rescues. Thank you Bucks C.C.C. - Department of Public Safety Training & Certification for a great instructor and to our mutual aid that came out to train with us!
Engine 20 is currently covering Chalfont Fire Company as their members enjoy their annual banquet.
